which massage style is best for you?
There are many different types of massage styles. A Massage can last from 10 minutes to 2 hours. There are several questions to ask yourself before deciding? Do you want a massage for relaxation and stress control? or do you need a massage for relief of symptoms due to a health condition? or do you want to increase flexibility and athletic performance? or do you need massage for pain relief? Many therapist use different styles or may customize your massage, depending on needs, age, condition, goals or special needs.
